I have been going to Pannu Dental in Sunnyvale for about 7 years. I've always received professionalism from the front desk to the assistance and the doctors. Now time has come to where I am going to need three implants. So I am following up at the San Jose office. I was very impressed the moment I opened the door and was greeted very friendly by the front desk staff where they helped me get the website so I can apply for credit to pay for my implants. The office was immaculate very clean. Dr. Pannu and his staff worked on me for my initial procedure for the implants using the state of the art Robot to help assist to make sure placement of the implants were exact. The procedure was explained prior to starting and also during the procedure. I was so pleased to watch and listen to the Doctor and assistant working together so flawlessly. I had a first time Implant Consult with Dr. Pannu. I was a nervous wreck. Prior to coming in Arlyn and I spoke. She made it easy for me to schedule. Extremely accommodating. I get there and Letty and Rosie were the bomb.com. I told Letty she deserves a raise. Dr. Pannu is a good listener, very honest, transparent and generous like Letty. Don't pass this office up for anything if you're seeking dental issues. Very old school professional etiquette they have. Family oriented and very tidy. I don't want to leave. Dr. Pannu is a true professional. He uses the latest technology. He has taken very good care of my wife in this whole process has been very complicated which he’s made it look to be very simple. My wife did not have enough jawbone, so Dr. Pannu had to use remote anchorage, placing implants in the Zygomatic and Pterygoid bone. During the first phase of this process where he used the zygomatic bone, I was there for the procedure and he would occasionally call me into the room to show me what he was doing. Which helped ease my stress and hers as well. Then we came back for the second phase where he used the Pterygoid bone. My wife is very happy with the process up to this point and she is looking forward to the finished product. I want to have the Dr. Pannu is a great communicator with great bedside manner With a sense of humor to boot. We connected with Dr. Pannu. So if you need dental implants using the latest technology, Dr. Pannu is your man. I would also like to say that the dental assistants Anu and Greta are awesome

What a phenomenal dental practice! I went in to get my upper implant. It was an 8 hours operation. 3 doctors, 2 nurses and office manager were with me . Everyone is outstanding at what they do. The most impressive part is their compassionate, caring and thoughtful. I was in pain but super happy. I recommend everyone to visit Pannu Dental office. I canceled a plan to use another popular implant company to go with Pannu. That was the best decision to make. Pannu Dental use new equipment, best robot technology, advance technique paring with the most knowledgeable and caring team Using Pannu is the only way to achieve my goal to improve my health. I had my surgery on Saturday 7/12. On Sunday 7/13, the office manager texted to check on me. And then Dr. Pannu CALLED to make sure I have all medications and take them. It has been a wonderful experience, two days ago I had my first surgery using artificial intelligence with a robotic system that Dr. Pannu is implementing for dental implants, and everything has been perfect, I have no pain at all.
